Dubai closes real estate deals worth Dh15 billion in the week that ended November 25

The week ended November 25th saw a total of 2,867 transactions in Dubai for real estate and properties, with a value of Dh15 billion. According to data from Dubai Land Department, 2,867 transactions were recorded in the week.

During the week, 313 plots were purchased for Dh1.57 billion. 1,936 villas and apartments were also sold for Dh4.48 billion.

All three top transactions were recorded by Hadaeq Mohammed Bin Rashid, Dh24.15 million and Dh45.25 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth had 110 sales transactions in this week’s transactions, which was worth Dh351.33 million. Jabal Ali First followed with 73 transactions valued at Dh236.59 million, and Al Yufrah 2 had 23 transactions that were worth Dh29 million.

An apartment sold in Jumeirah Second for Dh52 million. Two transactions were completed in Palm Jumeirah, each for Dh40 million.

The week saw a total of Dh8.43 trillion in mortgages, with the most valuable property being Al Warsan First land, which was mortgaged at Dh3 billion. Dh523million was granted to 145 properties between first-degree relatives.
