According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 635 sales transactions worth AED1.56 billion on Thursday, along with 107 mortgage deals totaling AED505.91 million and 31 gift deals totaling AED69.08 million.
37 land plots valued at AED237.79 million and 598 villas and apartments for AED1.32 billion were sold. The mortgages included 24 land plots valued at AED38.87 million and 83 villas and flats worth AED467.04 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.1 billion.
