Dubai records over AED8.6 billion in weeklong real estate transactions

According to data issued by the Dubai Land Department, 3,164 real estate transactions of AED8.6 billion were completed for the week ending March 24, 2023. (DLD).

According to the DLD data, 2,177 apartments and villas were sold for a combined AED4.73 billion, while 218 plots were sold for AED1.9 billion.

Two lands on the Palm Jumeirah valued at AED 550 million and AED 74 million, as well as land in Al Thanyah Fourth valued at AED 70 million, made up the top three transactions.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the most sales this week with 94 transactions totaling AED326.67 million. Al Hebiah Fourth came in second with 25 deals totaling AED247.85 million, and Jabal Ali First had 24 transactions totaling AED65 million.

The top three transfers of apartments and villas were a unit in Mankhool valued at AED61 million, a unit in Palm Jumeirah valued at AED54 million, and a unit in Marsa Dubai valued at AED52 million.

For the week, there was AED1.54 billion worth of mortgaged properties. As this was going on, first-degree relatives were given grants for 349 properties totaling AED522 million.
