Azizi Developments, a company based in the UAE, has reported that construction on its high-end Park Avenue II project is moving along quickly. This project is a bustling and well-connected residential community at MBR City in Dubai that is scheduled to be handed over in Q2 of this year.

According to a statement from Azizi, Park Avenue consists of three buildings with a total of 372 residential and 29 retail apartments, each of which has a fully functional gym and swimming pool.

Giving a status report on the project, Azizi stated that Park Avenue II, the second tower, is progressing steadily, with building work on its framework being 94% complete and ready. The internal plasterwork is almost finished, but the blockwork is completely finished.

In order to expedite construction, the total workforce has increased to 660, according to the statement.

Azizi recently declared that Park Avenue I, the first tower, was 58% complete.

CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are thrilled with the rapid progress we are making with Park Avenue II and are looking forward to its handover in Q2 2023. With only the finest quality of building materials having been procured and only the most reliable contractors being appointed, we have managed to speed up the construction and exceed the needs and expectations of our esteemed investors and end-users.”

“Moreover, with the distinguished and contemporary lifestyle the project offers, it has attracted strong demand from local and international investors, who we are confident will be excited and impressed with its outstanding quality,” he stated.

“Built around the concept of connected serenity, the Park Avenue project was the epitome of a strategic, easily accessible, and convenient location that is its little getaway within the city,” he added.
