Deliver on time and promise – Dubai developers are becoming more proactive in this area. The fastest finishes take between 750 and 1,000 days. This is the average completion time for the Top 10 Dubai developers during 2021. GPD (for Murano residence 5) and Rove Hospitality, (Rove City Walk), are currently at the top two spots.
Developers who completed their projects last year took 4.4 years on average. Dubai saw 86 completed projects out of 350 active ones in 2021. This year, 33,000 new title documents were issued. It was a great year for the local freehold market. The final count of this year should be better by quite a distance.
the DLD at Cityscape Global cited the top 10 developers who had the best track records for projects in 2021. The Top 5 finalists were Grovy Real Estate Development for Aria, Jumeirah Hills Development at Madinat Jumeirah living and Iman Developers for Oxford Boulevard.
A project manager stated that “completion in less than 1,000 days” should be the goal for all developers. “Cost overruns are something that no developer can afford these days.”
