Omniyat, a developer with a focus on ultra-luxury properties in Dubai, has made its first such acquisition by purchasing Marasi Bay Marina. Through this calculated step, Omniyat’s architectural knowledge and lifestyle curation are applied to a full ultra-luxury neighborhood rather than just a single property.
The Lana, a hotel and residential project run by the Dorchester Collection and created in collaboration with Foster + Partners, is now housed on the waterfront site in the center of Dubai. It also houses the 38 luxurious waterfront apartments of VELA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
