AED 22 billion in weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai

According to data released by the Dubai Land Department, 2,702 real estate and property transactions totaling AED 22 billion were completed during the week ending September 30, 2022.

According to the DLD weekly report, 123 plots sold for AED 949.17 million, and 2,068 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.43 billion.

The top three transactions were land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 145 million, land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 86.13 million, and land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 145 million in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week, with 32 sales transactions totaling AED 75.36 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 20 sales transactions totaling AED 75.29 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth in third place with 18 sales transactions totaling AED 194 million.

The top three apartment and villa transfers were an apartment sold for AED 510 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment sold for AED 496 million in Business Bay, and an apartment sold for AED 414 million in Al Wasl.

The total amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 15.97 billion, with the highest being AED 14 billion for land in Jabal Ali Industrial First.

A total of 82 properties worth AED 700 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
