According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 443 sales transactions worth AED1.03 billion on Thursday, along with 75 mortgage deals totaling AED296.21 million and 10 gift deals totaling AED26.07 million.
The sales included 55 land plots at AED236.4 million and 388 houses and apartments worth AED791.15 billion.
The mortgages covered 12 land plots at AED89.08 million and 76 villas and apartments totaling AED867.94 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED2.7 billion.
