According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 305 sales for AED727.79 million on Friday, along with 73 mortgage deals worth AED224.18 million and 10 gift deals totaling AED21.18 million.
Included in the deals were 25 land plots at AED110.36 million and 280 houses and apartments totaling AED617.43 million.
The mortgages included 10 land plots valued at AED22.09 million and 63 villas and flats worth AED224.18 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED973 million.
