The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reports that a total of 855 real estate transactions totaling AED974 million were documented in Ajman in March.
According to a report from the department, the “Al Amra” neighborhood had the greatest sales value, totaling AED44.5 million.
The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi stated that the fast growth rate attained by the real estate industry reflects the Emirate of Ajman’s advanced position on the local and regional real estate map.
Al Muhairi noted that during the reference month, the department reported 177 mortgage transactions totaling AED170 million.
