According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 433 sales transactions worth AED 820.06 million on Tuesday, along with 98 mortgage deals for AED 419.64 million and 13 gift deals totaling AED 55.19 million.
36 land plots valued at AED131.58 million and 397 homes and apartments for AED688.48 million were sold.
The mortgages included 21 land plots valued at AED192.87 million and 77 houses and flats worth AED226.77 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.2 billion.
