According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 395 sales transactions worth AED1.02 billion on Tuesday, along with 86 mortgage deals totaling AED418.13 million and 27 gift deals totaling AED37.78 million.
The sales included 35 land plots at AED348.11 million and 360 homes and apartments valued at AED673.91 million.
The mortgages included 19 land plots valued at AED152.49 million and 67 houses and flats worth AED265.64 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.4 billion.
