According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 533 sales transactions worth AED1.24 billion on Thursday, along with 129 mortgage deals totaling AED239.19 million and 21 gift deals totaling AED21.52 million.
The sales included 44 land plots at AED224.57 million and 489 homes and apartments totaling AED1.02 billion.
The mortgages covered 19 land plots for AED22.55 million and 110 houses and flats worth AED216.65 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.5 billion.
