According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 451 sales transactions worth AED1.2 billion on Wednesday, along with 82 mortgage deals totaling AED663.03 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED36.64 million.
The sales included 35 land plots at AED384.67 million and 416 homes and apartments worth AED819.39 million.
The mortgages covered 16 land plots for AED558.73 million and 66 villas and flats worth AED104.31 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.9 billion.
